• Student at University of Amsterdam, I am enrolled in a 3-year political science program starting in September, but I am interested to begin the rental period in July or August and I'm looking for housing for the full 3 years
• Guarantor: my father, a scientist with INSERM in France, annual gross income of 68,000 € , he and my mother are homeowners in France
• Arriving in the Netherlands in August but I'm available for a remote viewing by video call before then, and in-person after
• Can provide enrollment letter, guarantor income statement, and ID on request
