My name is Kim, and I’m a 25-year-old post-primary teacher from Dublin. I’m very interested in this property and would be applying together with my girlfriend, Kate, who is a 26-year-old teacher. I teach Maths and Chemistry, while Kate teaches Politics and Irish. We are both responsible, respectful and tidy, and would take great care of the home. We will be in Amsterdam at the time and would love the opportunity to view the property in person. We would be willing to pay a few months rent upfront.
