My furnished Apartment in Amsterdam is available again to be rented. The rental period is initially for 1 year - with a possibility to extend.
Rental Price is 1675 for the furnished appartment - excluding utilities.
I Bought the Apartment in 2018 - and have installed a new kitchen and bathroom - so it is a bit dated but still working perfectly.
The Apartment is on the 1st floor, without an Elevator and with a typical Amsterdam steep stairway. The Location is perfect, directly above 'Sterk' at the De Clercqstraat / Rozengracht.
The Apartment has one large bedroom with opening doors to the balcony, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, oven and fridge, a small bathroom with rainshower, a cupboard built in and a very spacious living room with sleeping Couch (new). The Apartment is ideal for a couple or one working Person.
The Location is perfect, the furniture is relatively Basic, bed and sleeping Sofa are new, 2 Tv's, Ikea Cupboards.
