Hi! We are a best friend group of three Vietnamese girls since childhood, and we are looking for a cozy apartment to live in together starting in August 2024. By September 2024, we will be doing our second year here at the University of Amsterdam. We are glad to have come across your apartment that we think perfectly fits us.

As responsible tenants, we are currently living in Duwo Residences with a one-year contract where we not only follow the residence’s rules but also our own healthy lifestyle rules to live safely, neatly, and happily. We find it easy to keep the house neat and clean, and would love to have a small green space inside our home where the sun would reach our little flower pots. In fact, we all enjoy living in a clean atmosphere and are really keen on protecting the environment. We are also educated on the prevention of residential accidents (such as fire prevention and safety measures for the building).

As reliable tenants, we are capable of providing documents to prove that we are financially stable and sponsored to pay rent months not a single day late. We understand the expectations you might have and the requirements from your end, thereby besides 2 months of deposit, considering a large number of applicants you might have, we are more than happy to pay rent months in advance.
