Lucija zoekt: Een Appartement / Huurwoning / Studio in Amsterdam

Dear Landlord,

Thank you for the chance to introduce myself! My name is Lucija, I’m a 28-year-old Croatian woman who’s been in the Netherlands for the past 10 years.

In my 9-to-5, I’m a Product Marketing Manager for Infront, a leading European fintech for traders, brokers, and wealth managers. Currently I earn EUR 80,000 per year. Before that, I had the same position in ACT, a commodity trading firm. So, you could say that I’m a marketing professional, with 6+ years of experience working in different financial institutions.

But enough about my job – I want to tell you more about who I am in my 5-to-9. I’m an avid reader of any genre out there, and I love spending my evening under a blanket with a good book in my hand. You can check out my Goodreads account (an app where I track my reading) here.

If there is no book in my hands, you are likely to find me in the gym or in dance classes. I love to move my body and do everything I can to stay healthy and feel good in my skin. I truly believe in and enjoy trying new things, and this led to trying quite a few things – from weightlifting to contemporary dance. For the past couple of years, I have found my routine in regular gym and sauna sessions, with weekly dance classes to keep it fun.

And weekends? Weekends are for friends and family. I have one sister in Den Haag and many friends here in Amsterdam. We love to explore new restaurants and bars, make the most of our Museumcards, and visit different parks around the city. I’m really grateful for the community I have built here, and it’s these people that make my life so, so much better.

I’m currently looking for a new home in your beautiful city, and your listing is exactly what I would love to find. I’m looking for a home that I can come back to after work and truly enjoy the comfort of, and your listing is exactly what I’m hoping for. It’s a beautiful place in an area where I can stay close to my friends, and still stay in a close proximity to my office (I go to the office 3-5 times a week!).
