Inês zoekt: Een Appartement in Amsterdam

We are Inês Jorge (24) and Ben Hebden (27), a couple currently living together in Amsterdam. We are both recent graduates who have started building our careers and are fortunate to have stable jobs that we genuinely enjoy. We are now looking for a place we can call home for the long term, where we can continue growing both personally and professionally.

I, Inês, am Portuguese and have been living in Amsterdam for the past five years. I work as a chef at No Man's Art Gallery & Bar, where I have an indefinite employment contract with fixed working hours. Outside of work, I enjoy visiting exhibitions, staying active through sports and travelling. I love Amsterdam's cultural atmosphere and everything the city has to offer.

My partner, Ben, is Dutch and works as a skilled professional (vakkracht) at Bar Brother. He also has an indefinite employment contract, providing us both with long-term employment security. In his free time, he enjoys reading, going for runs and spending quality time together. We also love travelling to Portugal to visit family, as we both have strong connections there.

We are currently renting a house together, but unfortunately, our landlord has informed us that the property will be sold, meaning we will need to move out by February 2027. Although this means finding a new home, we see it as an opportunity to find somewhere we can settle for many years to come.

We both have stable employment and hold indefinite employment contracts (onbepaalde tijd), therefore both of us have a reliable and consistent source of income and are financially committed to finding a home where we can settle long-term.

We are a calm, respectful and responsible couple who genuinely appreciate having a comfortable home. We enjoy a peaceful lifestyle, take good care of our living environment and understand the importance of respecting both the property and the people around us.

Having lived and rented in Amsterdam for several years, we understand the responsibilities that come with being tenants. We have had positive experiences with our previous landlords and would be happy to provide references or recommendation letters upon request. We would be more than happy to share any additional documentation needed to support our application.

We are looking for more than just a place to stay; we are hoping to find a home where we can build the next chapter of our lives together. We would take great pride in looking after your property and treating it with the same care and respect as our own.
